Make old zones viable again

ZOS should add daily/weekly repeatable randomized quests to the old zones that players can come back and do for certain rewards.

The quests should be randomized so it's not the same thing (kill 10 dreugh, gather 10 bottles of skooma, deliver that chest to my friend), but have different quests every week so it feels lively and different. Also randomizing the quests per player will add even more variety to the whole thing.

The quest givers should be all over the zones and not in just one quest hub.

The idea is to bring live to the old zones and a reason for high level characters to go back to those zones and so it doesn't feel like once you complete the main story quests in the zone, there is no reason to go there anymore. Monster scaling was the first step that made the world more accessible, but that isn't enough to cut the mustard. I've been playing WoW since Vanilla and I loved some zones, like the first 3 zones for the Humans - Elwynn Forest, Westfall and Redridge mountains and I sometimes wished I could spend my whole time in these three zones and still make progress on my character, but that was impossible. Even now in ESO with the level scaling it's impossible, but this suggestion will allow people that like specific zones (I personally like Bangkorai, Alik'r Desert, Hew's Bane, Craglorn and Reaper's March) as well as give an overall impression that the world is bustling with activity.

The quests can involve menial tasks, as well as being little quest chains, but that can all depend on what will appear as repetitive and still immersion-friendly. Like there are currently those blue repeatable quests, but every time the NPC says the same thing over and over, like they're introducing you to the problem for the first time, but it can be like that only the first time, and each subsequent time the NPC's dialogue is one that implies you've done this before and the NPC had talked to you before about the problem. Something like "Back again for more, huh? Oh, well I guess it can't be helped, there's still work to be done and coin to be made and you're the only one who showed up..."
