I missed the Collector's Edition goodies from Summerset and Morrowind and I'm considering buying one for Elsweyr. I already got Morrowind with pre-order pack and Summerset without anything (got it for less than $5 in November). Does anyone know if I can activate a standard edition on an already existing account to get the collector's items from past chapters or is it only possible to activate upgrade on existing account?
