I couldnt find it anywhere and was wondering if there is a thread where people post stuff they would like to do with others if they cant find an active or social guild and who are looking for ingame friends to chat with!

You can scroll down on main page and look for a social section. Guilds also recruit over there. May be. What you're looking for.
