If I already own all xpansions, which Digital Collector's Edition do I purchase?

    If you're already current on the other Chapters, you want to get either the digital edition upgrade or the digital collector's edition upgrade.

    What about myself? I have switched to PC from Xbox last month, but I only have the base game. It does say only for new players for all the DLC!
