To be fair, devs tend to talk about content over performance/glitch solving in streams. Even Digital Extremes does this. The performance/glitch solving is usually left only in natch potes.

To be fair the performance have kept declining and declining without any updates on these forums and elsewhere.
It is the biggest downfall of the product and biggest reason why many are spending less and less time with the product.
The stream made it sound like non-issue... vague 6-8 months ETA and that is it.

Yeah, that's gaming streams in a nutshell, dude.
I mean obviously they won't go like:
"Hey, we know our game runs like a piece of *** and we're going to tell you exactly why for the next hour".
The point of those streams is to attract customers and make them buy the product, not to tell them just how buggy said product is.
It's pretty sensible really.

You really expect communication or separate stream from ZoS addressing the issue?

I never said I expect it, I'm simply pointing out that there's no way in hell they'd slap an overview of their game's horrendous performance in the stream showcasing their new expansion.
Performance improvements are usually done hush-hush just like today's one (it removed my stuttering related to the big guild I'm in for the most part) and just slipped into the patch notes.
I have the opposite experience, had an much better time in Cyrodil than during last event or even 3 months ago then I last did it. One loading screen and 2-3 lag spikes, once by doing town quests with a couple of other players, other was in major clashes, but say trials has more of them now.To be fair, devs tend to talk about content over performance/glitch solving in streams. @ZOS_GinaBruno exact words “We know none of this matters if we don’t fix performance” and we were basically told the EXACT same thing we’ve been told since launch: it takes time and it’s being worked on.
Wow. Just wow. Why even out a tab for Performance Updates at the bottom when you’re gonna spend less then a minute on it. Just insulted the whole playerbase.
This, its not sexy and often pretty embarrassing for the devs.I mean obviously they won't go like:

In the main broadcast he also said they were splitting IC from Cyrodiil and that was expected to help performance there. Only time will tell if they are effective changes but you have to start somewhere.
Wow. Just wow. Complain more.
Keep on buying those crowns and crate... Keep on subbing... Im SURE they are listen
