Have not seen this on Guild Traders. I mostly solo and don't know if I can do the dungeon where this is located. I've only soloed. Fungal 1 so far.

In case you don't want to run it you can buy keyfragments, go to the dungeon and then to the glowing door to the right and get your gear without the need to run the dungeon!

So either get key fragments or farm it. Get three friends and farm it on normal. They can trade you pieces up to two hours after it drops.
