I have a ticket that's been sitting without a reply for over 15 days now and doesn't seem like it's going to get an answer anytime soon. I've tried to update it, but nothing came out of it. I can't help but feel like each time I make a ticket concerning any subject, the wait time becomes longer and longer... My first few tickets were solved within its first few days. What's going on?

    This is weird, I honestly expected something similar when I opened a ticket on Sunday evening (Xbox) - guess what, I got an answer just one day later (yesterday).

    I don't know what determines how much time it takes to answer and resolve tickets.

    1. Check that you actually submitted your ticket
    2. Check your junk mail to see if you didn't get a response by any chance
    3. Make sure you're not being unreasonable in whatever you're asking (asking for something ridiculous might get your ticket flagged as trolling)

    I'm in the same boat. My ticket was labeled as 'Waiting on Agent' since the 2nd of Jan. My previous tickets that waited on an agent were answered in 2-3 days.

    To clear some things up...

    I'm 100% positive that the Ticket has been submitted. It's listed on the website and like I said... I have UPDATED it since its conception. The issue at hand is similar to another Ticket that's been handled in the past. It had a few days of waiting, but nothing this long.

    I've come to notice that Support tends to be slow around Holidays and Weekends, but it's been two weeks worth of business days and no attempts at contacting me have been made. I'm rather upset about this as it's connected to a payment problem...

    You're just being salty for the sake of being salty, especially when your complaints have nothing to do with the thread at hand. If you can't stand the game so much... why are you even lurking around the forums? That's just being petty. Why don't you take your "signature" seriously and just leave?
