Creating Master Writs

Presently, Master Writs are randomly given, any trait, any set, any quality, any style. The item is made, then exchanged for Writ Vouchers.

What if, a player on the other end could instigate the writ?

For instance, a player that is seeking to have an item made can go to an NPC, configure the item they wish to order by style, trait, set and choose either Purp or Gold. They can also order an enchant too. This results in a writ being generated at random to a player when they next do their crafting writs.

How it works
1) The 'seeker' makes an order and pays gold to NPC. Gold / Writ value is calculated on quality, trait, CP level, style, etc.
2) A writ is generated and assigned to appear for a 'crafter' with 'Master Crafter' achievement at random.
3) There is a writ bonus of 50% for completing it within 24 hours of receiving it.
4) After 24 hours, if the writ has not been completed, the writ is destroyed from the 'crafters' inventory / journal and it will spawn in a new crafters writ reward.
5) If after 72 hours, no Master Crafter has completed the writ, the 'seeker' is refunded. (So it will spawn for 3 master crafters, before it is destroyed entirely and refunded)
6) The seeker can also choose to pay more gold than is evaluated in 1) if they consider the writ probably won't get completed. This will result in more writ vouchers generated.

There is no way for the 'seeker' to assign a writ to a specific 'crafter'. So a player cant just turn spam gold into writ vouchers, there needs to be a total disconnect between seeker / crafter.

This wouldn't replace conventional writs of course, as they may not be enough seekers, and it only appears for crafters with the Master Crafter achievement.
