Is one alliance better than others?

I am playing on EU PC server. When it comes to farming transmute crystals, finding a group, taking over keeps etc - are any allieances better/dominant over others or is it more or less balanced out?

The tides shift. One alliance will be on top for awhile, then another. I'm not on EU, but on NA it is EP that is currently on top.

Red are known for zergs so probably the best choice for groups

Blue have some groups running but harder to find one

Yellow i dont know

I still love blue though

Of course one alliance is better!
