First VMA clear and the chest is bugged...

https://youtu.be/LJFnPr7awRQFirst VMA clear and I couldn't obtain the rewards as it wouldn't let me interact with the reward chest. I spawned the merchant, but couldn't interact with her either.
I tried /ReloadUi but that didn't solve it.
Ultimately relogged, which caused the instance to disappear, leaving the quest completion also bugged.

My response was indeed a bit short.
After completing, I couldn't interact with the chest nor anything which required me to press 'x' in the game. I tried also with the Merchant.
I then tried to resolve it with /reloadui and ultimately relogged because I didn't know what else to do. Which obviously left me unable to even access the chest.[PS4/EU]

Yes for the privacy reasons I cut the video, as text chat still worked. But I try dodge roll, block, attacking etc.
/reloadui, then spawning the merchant, but can't interact with her either.
An important thing to note is that I couldn't use emotes either.[PS4/EU]

✭✭@nihirisutou Make sure you reply to all the ticket response, in a nice and polite way, the CS team are very understanding. I will say, that as frustrating as it is that it ruined your first clear, you were probably going to be disappointed with the weapon. If CS comes through for you, you'll get a sword and board see what I mean.
