Queue bug....

Stuck in pos 1 after 3 and a half hours of queuing up..
I re-logged after another 30 min of stuck at pos 1 to then be removed from the queue and forced to queue up again from pos 211...
this happened to me yesterday as well...
is this because i did a bg while waiting ? because i made sure i was out of the bg in plenty of time ( pos 30 or higher ) before i was close to going into vivec.
Thats another evening of my pvp spent in a queue rather than playing the game...
I don't mind queuing but this queue bug is a new low. And no i wont move to a different campaign because Vivec is my campaign where i have a good score leaderbord score.
