Transmutation Healing Set

So I recently switched back to transmutation and it’s behaving differently than it was. When I use a healing over time effect I don’t see my crit resists go up, and I verified it doesn’t show on other player’s character stats either.

Am I misremembering how it works, is it currently broken or am I bugged? I want to confirm before submitting a ticket.

Has to actually be healing you. Performing fine for me.

It doesn’t proc on overhealing, the target has to actually be damaged. Try healing yourself while taking hits from an overworld NPC

They are correct in saying you have to be missing health

However I have, the last I checked, found a few bugs; i.e. Forward moment and rally were not procing it; neither was extended ritual (or maybe it was a different Templar skill?)

for easy proccing on my magplar i use the major sorcery buff mages guild skill morph that gives additional health on one bar.

Extended ritual procs it. Been doing that all day today lol.
