I request you address that movement is an important part of combat by giving me something that takes a 70% snare down to 40% at least.
try appending to the athletics skill and making a helf passive (kidding about altmer passive btw js I don't use any of them)
you can get snared rooted and stunned by the same player over 2 seconds but removing all that takes at least 4...
movement speed is hard to build for and can be viewed as the only aspect of combat that can be sapped with 0 resistance or recourse
