Clannfear is an instant 7.6k heal before major Vitality or crit. (8.5k health with vitality and 13k with crit). This is after Battle spirit is applied.

Bone shield is a 6.5 shield with 29k resistance that returns 33% of any direct damage back to the attacker

Atronach deals moderate damage but mostly grants major berserk to allies (huge DD buff)

* For those in a group that can take advantage of it, I suggest dropping the twilight/Matriarch and replacing it with Guard. For maximum effectiveness find a way to slot symbiosis. Heal and Guard a DD, your team will be very difficult to bring down.

* The changes are listed and are minor, the additional pet is for meat shield and maximum annoyance, very replaceable.

I like how that played like a trollplar, except with access to zaan+AOE immobilze that gives major vitality and burst surge of resorces lol.

I do use Zaan. One spot is a flex (in the video I have symbiosis slotted) sometimes I've ran time stop, other times Caltrops. Sustain is managed by using conversion and switching between bone shield vs clannfear

A tank with some damage dealing. In a montage video I'll post it'll show how the build can eventually win 1v1 by whittling the opponent down. Usually it's just support - as in, face tank to let your real DDs drop bombs on distracted opponents.

It's fun, you usually don't get the big rush like you do with a real DD and crushing someone, but it can be equally exciting to survive 4 players focusing you.

Also I get a big kick outta helping teammates; say your tank is what allows a NB to go ham etc, can be pretty exciting to see your team kick butt.

That's an option too! Actually some of the best players have some really strong counters (to Zaan) making it impossible to kill them. But the main focus is to alleviate pressure from teammates.

I do think the highest amount of kills the build has pulled in is 7 or 8 with about 15 assists in Deathmatch, but in Chaos Ball or Domination I easily take first place (for obvious reasons)

In OW... I dunno if I'd use it in OW, but then again I no longer participate in Cyrodiil as I don't find it nearly consistent enough

Edit: Cyrodiil issues (lag, bar swap, etc) has ruined the OW experience for me and I find BGs way more enjoyable

As you can tell; abilities are pure utility with damage coming from sets. Proc damage isn't necessarily meant to kill but to apply pressure on opponent's resources. This prevents them from using their full range of offensive abilities unhampered. This also makes an ally killing an opponent much less difficult.

Silver Leash is a position control ability. For me, it's most frequent use is to either pull a squishy rear target front or to break an opposing tank's guard from their ally.

Snares, roots, stuns and defile are in the tool kit, again making any DD's job MUCH easier.

Just the prefectionist in me: You're wasting stats like this. If you replaced all those with tristat, you would have the same magicka and stamina, with extra health on top.

Let me tell you why i find ut fun. Im New to pvp and suck on ny dps chars, with my tank i stat Alive far longer and contribute with capturing flags and boosting my team. I win most of my matches this on my tank. 👍

Honestly haven't kept up with the race changes. Last I saw just about any race works. As is, my sorc is an altmer and isn't the best choice - still works like a charm.

I actually never block with the build, the drain on Stam is heavy and blocking is unnecessary for the build. Just heal for an insane amount. Though dropping sload is always a choice. I just use it to finish off players trying to recover from Zaan

You'd be giving up the ability to kill 1v1. Which isn't a bad choice, you just would need to rely more heavily on allies if you drop Zaan for anything.

lol... people say noCP is more balanced - they must not have ever fought someone who runs Reverb, 30k+ resists, 12k self heals, 40k hp, Zaans, & Sloads.

for more lawls can I suggest that you run rune cage on the flex spot and instead of using plague doctor use elf bane?
