FPS drops when using Rapid Maneuver while mounted or when dismounting

Usually overland when I'm away from cities my fps is at the display refresh rate (v-sync enabled), but when I use Rapid Maneuver while mounted I get about a second or 2 with fps around 20. Same thing happens when I'm dismounting. When I'm not mounted, using Rapid Maneuver doesn't cause the fps drop, neither does mounting, only dismounting and using it while mounted.

Anyone else has this issue? Any idea what could cause it?

    Hey.

This is exactly the same problem i have, even tried disabling all addons, did not help s.it :/

And it's not an that old machine
AMD Ryzen 7 1700X Eight Core 3.4 GHz
    16 GB Ram
    Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti

Should have no problem running the game, even put the Video Settings down to to Medium which also did not help S.it :/
I just came back today after a break, and i had no problem when i played last some month ago.

Hi, iv recently just had this issue stir up on my end, it happened either just before or just as Elsweyr dropped (as i was just coming back for the update and it can be quite subtle/hard to notice when I wasn't spending much time on a mount.). I know this is a few months old but its literally the only thing iv been able to find online about this issue, but im also guessing it probly just fixed it self your you guys.

I'v tried everything btw, switching on and off every graphic setting, repairing, reinstalling power cycling re-seating the cpu. addons off, ect. Iv also been going back of fourth with support for the past week and a half to no avail. they recently said that the cpu spike is a "normal change while gaming" while every one of my friends at the most gets a 1-2% cpu influx and thats mainly just cuz of normal cpu fluctuation.

so uh yeha, if you could just give me anything, even if it just "fixed itself" that'd be greatly appreciated.

@Nal Nope, it's still a problem for me. If you find a solution, it would be greatly appreciated.
