New quests in old areas

I am thrilled whenever we get new content and areas. Always feels like Christmas when I start up thr pc then and go for the first time to something tottally new.

But I am also not ready with some of the old areas especially when it comes to the thieves guild and the brotherhood.

Is there a chance that we can get a big new questline and maybe some little quests in those chapters?

Also Wrothgar is really popular new quests over there would also be really cool.

In most areas it would to be honoust but the ones to be thieving and doing stuff for the brotherhood again would be a big wish for me.

How do you as other players think about this?

"never touch a running system" should be a must for ZOS - touching existing areas and quests will most likely break them - which ist not good

    right
History, like a human being, is thirsty when it wakes from its slumber…History wants to drink up an enormous amount of blood. And even if history has tired of drinking blood, that’s only in regards to the amount. But what about quality? The larger the sacrifice is, the more delighted the cruel gods will be.

Instead of having a new world on rails. I'd love more quests that get you to go back to the original main quest zones.

Even better if your past actions in the zone, or not having done it at all effect things. Maybe even force you to do some of the zone story to "continue" with the new story.

It would create a sense of continuity especially when playing out of order. Instead of the idea of having disjointed stories that have nothing to do with one another.

They do have quests that send you back to original zones:

    1. Every event other than Cyrodiil events sends you to the original zones.
    2. Each new Guild sends you to the original zones for radiant quests.
    3. Even the existing guilds have dailies that send you to original zones.

So they can add content to original zones.

However, they could add so much more.

    1. A guild dedicated to search and rescue where you rescue one or more NPCs from one or more places.
    2. The Raynor siblings have lots of Dwemer Ruins that adventures could be set up in.
    3. Lady Laurent has not abused Stibbons nearly enough.
    4. Bumnog has not had nearly enough adventures.
    5. There are some book shops in the game, staff those places and send us out to find copies for them

There could be so much more
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

I agree. I came here to say that the guild expansions give you quests in the original areas.

And yes, there could be much more.

Do you mean the daily quests like the pickpocketing for thieves guild etc?

I like that but I mean that they make another story quest. There are so many cool things they can do.

I know they send us back then to the zones but I would love another wild adventure for the dark brotherhood or thieves guild. Het out there again with those npc's.

I love youre ideas I hope they pick dome up.

Yes we roughly have the same idea. I am a massive fan of the dark brotherhood and the daily quests are fun but I would like another real quest a mission.

Also there is so much to do for the vampire and werewolf form. Like as a werewolf you get a quest and you find a pack and fron there the story goes on. Something exiting. They can definitly write a good story for that.

Agreed on all of this. One thing that I'd really like to see ZOS do is to have "reconstruction" type quests where you go back and help rebuild some areas in the base game zones. Like, for example, a series of quests to help rebuild Camlorn after Faolchu's defeat, or a series of quests to retake Bleakrock from the Daggerfall invaders etc. There are an awful lot of towns and forts in the base game zones that have been devastated by various forces, so it could be something where if you're in the main city of a zone and you've already completed the quests for a certain quest hub (like Camlorn) a messenger comes seeking out the hero who defeated Faolchu (or who saved the citizens of Bleakrock, or whatever other quest hub) to ask for your help in rebuilding.

It could have worked if ESO was sub based, it that case it would be easier to add more quests in existing areas
New 2 dungeons like Direfrost 2 and vault of madness 2.
However as its not an sub they have to sell dlc and then add new zones for them.

Benefit is that they will not mess up existing ones.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.
