I’ve seen posts on this in the past but wasn’t sure if it’s been fixed. Did it this AM and should have gotten No Death and Speed Run achievements and got neither. A bit frustrating as this isn’t the easiest dungeon to PUG for a no death (mostly because of first boss mechanics, not because the dungeon itself is hard)
