1) Remove attribute points.
If attribute points were removed and body enchants were increased so as the end result is the same, that would mean that a player can change their 'attributes' by changing gear, or enchants. It will still cost gold or mats through enchanting, it also allows players to manage their attributes on the fly by swapping body pieces about. Or go one step further and have it so that if an enchant is added to an item the player has the option to choose any enchant that has been added to it. For instance, a Monster Helm you pick up with Health enchant by default, if you add a Stamina enchant, the player can then choose at any time whether they want to set it to Stamina or Health, it no longer destroys the previous enchant. Adding the Stamina enchant essentially unlocks the ability to choose Stamina or Health.
Infused trait would need to be tweaked obviously so the bonus is a similar result to what we have now.
2) Purchasing morphs account wide with Skyshards
Some people want account wide shards, I think that starting a toon with 100 skill points at their discretion would make the game pretty dull, but I do think that Skyshards should be used to purchase the morphs in a tree, and that way no toon would ever start with 100 skills at their discretion should shards every be account wide. If the shards were used to purchase a the morphs in a tree, the player would spend the first skill point on a skill, and then when it levels the player can choose to morph it for free and can change morph at any time. Running vHRC when nobody has Crushing Shock would no longer be so painful and resulting having to skip the top floor.
