Bug: Iceheart Style Shoulders not Colorable

The Iceheart Style Shoulders outfit style's main section isn't colorable at a Dye station. This is in contrast to the actual Iceheart monster shoulders which is fully colorable.
To be exact, between the outfit style and actual monster shoulders, all of the color zones have been shuffled, but that is of lesser import than the whole thing actually being fully colorable.
