Is pulsar Dodgeable?

Quick question, is that skill dodgeable (Pulsar from destro staff line). If yes, why?

    @Lord-Otto @idk well, yesterday I tried it again after a couple of years with my DK and it was amazing the way how the "dodge" message spammed.

    I'll try some testing again during the week and I'll report it if I see it.

    Did you use the one with the Minor Mangle effect in it?

    Because as i said in another thread about the skill, on my own testing on it that Minor Mangle seemed (lag and whatnot included in chaotic bgs) to be dodgeable so saw "Dodged" on that part. Not sure if its supposed to be like that. Needs to test more properly in a situation without other stuff going on, just with 1 person and nothing else used. If you do before me, let us know!

    @Moonsorrow I thought it could be that, or the glyph, but if a skill is supposed to be undodgeable it means that any effect it has should be carried on (including glyphs). The worst part was the dodge didn't show any dmg.

    It worked perfect against cloaking NBs, but once they dodge rolled, the effect was gone.
