Decided to write, because need show the quality of work game Scrolls) and for this I still crying money. Long received the fire staff Scathing Mage. Managed to get. Kept in the Bank approximately 2 years. And so I decided to adjust the property to do (infused). Made and put in inventory. Went with the group to the dungeon . After 40 minutes going into the Bank decided to put the stick in a cell Bank. And the staff THERE! He's gone!))) Do you know how much I said bad about those who made such bugs in the game ? Very, very much. Players understand that this staff is quite a rare thing. And now thanks to ZOS I lost it. THANKS ZOS !

No,I checked it out. This is a bug, a very old thing in the game and a fairly new transmutation feature. I think so...

Submit a support ticket and see if they can help track it or return it.

Submit a ticket, they will check to see if it's missing. Or at least tell you where it's at. If it is gone by a bug then they will restore it.

I have had items seem to disappear only to find them later. Not sure if it was a bug or my overlooking it but I have not lost anything permanently.

OP is on PC it seems. There are multiple addons to keep track of inventory. I prefer Inventory Insight. That may or may not help you, After all, idk.

Yeah, legitimately, it is possible to lose items in the UI, while they still exist. Usually doesn't carry over onto another inventory screen.

Inventory Insight is amazing, though. I also use Auto Category, though, I'm hesitant to recommend it as it is a bit... "prickly," to get used to, but so nice once you get the hang of it.

Yeah, the house storage containers are a little weird. Technically, you're interacting with a bank interface, and some addons can push stuff to your actual bank from those containers (also pull from the bank, I think.)

This can create a weird edge case where, if you're using something like Bank Manager, you can lose track of an item (because it was already moved.)

I didn't think about this last night, but another addon to be very wary of is Dustman. This can, and does, nuke stuff you might actually want to keep, if it's configured incorrectly.

Anyway, if it's in a house container, Inventory Insight will sort you out.

This only matters if you're on a trade screen, or accidentally trying to sell it. (IE: Talking to Nuzhimeh instead of Tythis.)
