Wheres my Abahs landing house?

So I'm thoroughly enjoying the thieves guild questline and really fallen in love with the city of Abahs landing. I honestly feel this is the most city like city in the game and whoever created this dlc did an amazing job to make it come alive. It has slums, warehouses, snobby areas, merchants etc and actually feels like an actual city from by gone days. The guards are ruthlessly chasing out the thieves and they patrol everywhere. It's one hell of a place to have fun in.
I like it so much decided it would be an amazing place to have as a base of operation. Only problem is there isn't a player house here! Can't even give crowns for one.
If they want ideas I find Quens pad to be a near perfect setup/locale for a thiefly character. I guess I can't kick her out so anything like this would be perfect. It has a view to die for and enough space for a few bits and pieces. I'd happily make it or a place like it my pad for a thief character.
If it's not possible to find a similar spot, just give us a small place in one of the back streets to sneak in and out of, or an empty warehouse etc.
I believe there use to be a big palatial palace available but I don't feel that really suits the theme of the dlc. I like the roughness of the city and having an extravagant place just seems weird to me there.
Hopefully someone at zos could consider it for the future as it'd be fairly easy to implement and it would easily become my main city. I wonder how many other players would set up shop there as well as I doubt I'm not the only one thinking this.

✭✭✭I honestly feel that there should be, at least, an Inn Room available in all DLC locations, just for aesthetic/RP purposes.
Maybe not as small as the "free" rooms but somewhere in the ballpark of Flaming Nix Deluxe Garret would be a welcome little place. Just slap a 40-50k gold price tag on them and let us enjoy our RP.Argonian forever6
