You forgot fistfighting drunken nord rep and spellcasters don't need weapons rep!

The reps should be the ones talking to them not other way around.

I'm not criticising the reps, or indeed ZOS. I have no problem with the present state of the game. What I am interested in is the motivation behind those who post this sort of topic, are they looking to improve the game just for them or for everyone else? Where exactly are they coming from with the sort of suggestion that the OP in this thread has come up with, for example? What would he like his "few dozen professional players" to be doing - trials, PvP, leveling up, dungeons? Raid, group or solo? Crafting? Housing? Fishing? Without that sort of information it's just another rant devoid of any context.

There are no tanks or healer needed - if anything less of them are needed as that way they would at least represent the community
what is needed is a fix this and feed this rep...
Well considering that the viewpoints that seem to be in evidence at the moment are endgame or endgame... I would think that any widening of that pool would be a good start.
I agree, but my suspicion is that whenever these sorts of topics come up - i.e. how to improve "the game" - they usually are based around the OP's personal game and invariably relate as you say to endgame and then probably the elite form of endgame that represents something like 5% of the playerbase.
I would mail your community manger if you truly don't feel represented.
To be honest... I’d rather have direct communication from ZOS instead of unpaid class reps who semi-represent the player base.
Just pay a few dozen people to play the game professionally and give feedback about the game on live servers.
We barely get direct quality feedback from ZOS and it’s annoying how ZOS admittedly doesn’t know what it’s like to play their own game, cheaps out and gets a bunch of unpaid labor from class reps who inherently have all sorts of conflicts of interests whether merely perceived or real.
Most forum posts are learn to play issues so they are inherently biased and the changes have slowly turned away one chunk of the player base after another.
Just pay professionals who can dispassionately work on truly making a better game and who will keep there mouths shut at the same time instead of creating havoc and drama in the forums.
