How Do You Post Images On The Forums?

When I try and post a image, it's just a link to the image. But in other posts I see people posting just an image, not a link.

How do you do it?

You can do a couple things.

On certain forum sections, like Bug Reports, you can upload images.

On others you can use the Image formatting on the style bar. Or use the coding, which is: <img> url </img> just using square brackets [ ] instead of < >

As a really odd workaround, you can upload an image to a draft post in bug reports, and then copy paste that link to the coding for a post in a forum subsection that doesnt allow for direct uploading.

If you click the "Quote" button on my post here, @Zezno, you'll see the link formatting for posting from a third party imaging site.

(I use Imgur ... but there are a wealth of third party sites to choose from.)
