Harden armor seems to heal me when pop it and am being attacked.

Is there something with champion points or some passive I’m missing with harden armor. It seems when I pop harden armor while the damage shield it up I revive heals while I’m being attacked. Not a bad thing I’m just curious why I see the green numbers pop up on the screen and seems to be healing me.
Anyone know what I’m missing.
