Unable to log in.

I get various error messages when trying to log in. Different errors like 108, 200, 301.

Anyone else getting this today?

I assume you have power cycled your machine. While that is always the first step of tech support many overlook it.

Zos will respond with a link to something about making sure certain ports are open and that ESOP is on the list of exceptions for your anti virus as their next step. I do not have the link but you can probably google it.

Good luck. Also, I do not expect many responses from Zos themselves until next week since they are pretty much out of the office.

I just ran the step by step trouble shooting on their website, but to no avail.

Funny thing is - I was playing the game yesterday, and I've never had any issues like this.

Can these errors just occur out of nowhere?

Could it help if I restarted/reset my router?

Have you gone through the troubleshooting from each article listed below?

• What do I do if I receive an Error 108 "Login Failed" when trying to log in?
• What do I do if I get an error stating "Authentication service 200 error login service has failed"?
• Why do I get "Login Error: Error 301" when attempting to log in to the game?

If you have and still can't login, please contact customer support to open a ticket.
