Vamp or WW for gathering toon?

Leveled a Bosmer NB to replace my Orc Warden as my gatherer....wearing Coward's Gear and Fiords.

Vamp has dark stalker passive and 10% stam regen. WW gets 15% stam regen from slotting the Ult. I'd like to stay out of combat entirely so just collecting nodes efficiently as possible.

Dark Stalker that useful for gathering? With mobs close to a node? Anyone run the numbers? Certain break point where stam regen weakens? Is there regen soft caps? Anything I'm missing between Vamp and WW passives?

I assume your Bosmer NB is a Stam build. I'd go WW for that reason and because there will be times you have to engage and WW is really, really powerful. You'll be able to tear through everything and get back to gathering quickly.

If your farmer was a magblade like mine (Bright Throat's and Skooma Smuggler with 3 infused potion cool down reduction on jewellery) then i'd say go vamp.

For a stam farmer WW will give you a better option. Dark stalker doesn't work with Coward's or Fiord's as you can't spint in sneak.

Thanks guys. Every gathering build I've seen has said go Vamp so I thought there might have been something I was missing.

@Porter_H I have a Stamsorc farm build using Cowards and Fiords. I did Werewolf for mine. The gear combo alone does decent damage so tbh either Vamp or WW is fine, whichever you prefer.
