Why we need a Spell power pods when I have crit surge and inner slight slotted ? Instead I can use immovability pods for boss stun mechanics. I have major scocery from crit surge is way better option than potion which heals every 1 second . In AOEs you will be always in full health unless some thing one shot you. Dude what mechanics need to learn. Everything in the internet even step by step. VMA everything is scripted.

Dude please understand , I am not someone struggling with VMA or any game. You always thinking yourself as a high end player and keep on giving advice , which I doesn't even care. I think you are struggling to divert the conversation by insulting others with L2P conversation.

For Sorc VMA, essence of spell power potions are crucial. It provides Major Sorcery, Major Prophecy, and Major Intellect (which is YUGE!). Also, with Medicinal Use passive maxed out in Alchemy line, the potion lasts for just over 47 seconds.
Yes, you can get Major Sorcery from Power Surge, but for VMA, I'd recommend Critical Surge morph for additional healing.
Yes, you can get Major Prophecy with Inner Light slotted and would only be beneficial if you had it equipped on both bars, however, leaving it on your front bar for the max Magicka is best so that you can slot either Rearming Trap or Channeled Acceleration on the back bar (in place of Inner Light) for Minor Force. Major Prophecy from potion will be active regardless of which bar you're on, and you'd get the additional Minor Force (increased crit damage) on top of that.
Most importantly, the potion provides Major Intellect. Increased magicka regen by 20% is insane! Less of a chance to go OOM and more DPS done, which means faster clears.
As for boss mechanics, just dodge roll or block! no need to waste potion cool down for immovable pots. Slot ESSENCE OF SPELL POWER, and keep it up 100% of the time.

You've said yourself you've only completed VMA once and then you proceeded to say that it was trash. You want flawless conqueror but you haven't gotten it yet, so yes I would assume that you are a struggling player when it comes to flawless VMA. I am by no means struggling with VMA, as you've seen from my video earlier. 586.8k score isn't struggling, pal. I definitely have room for improvement though.

@Priyasekarssk , I watched a lot of VMA clears by Oscarflip on YouTube, you should too! He is a console player (PS4). He clears no problem! I've learned a lot from him.

Nothing can help when lag is real. This game is unplayable when it lags. Ability not even firing. I soled world bosses including ones in the summerset and wrothgar in CP 400. I first did VMA at CP 300 or something. There is no interest in learning anything. Fix the lag first. We can talk about l2p later. Even skyreach which I soloed 200 CP , almost skips frames like anything. I never died when soloing sky-reach full run as far I remember in last 6 months. Even before murk-mire , I believe it is fine. Sometimes now repair works, sometime doesn't.

One thing is confirmed , ZOs never care about customers . Only chosen streamers. Only good at doing personal insults. If its my fault I can learn. If it not , I am ready to waste my time.

The thing I hate about maelstrom is that you have to memorize it like an old school nintendo game in order to beat it. Except the mechanics are annoying, frustrating, and kill you no matter how much damage you can take. Maelstrom effectively "cheats" in many ways. Some damage seems to go through your shields, your resistances don't seem to reduce as much damage, etc. I've been hardcapped and things feel like they hit just as hard. Some stuff seems to one shot you no matter how much health you have.

I've been trying to come up with a "Disrespect Maelstrom" build for a while. Where you could beat it by following minimal mechanics. I know sorc is meant to be that way but you still have to step out of red, and do most of the mechanics. I want to stand in the middle, press three buttons and get carried by sets and class skills.

I got about half way through by just pressing two buttons until I hit a wall. Forced DPS races punish tanky builds in maelstrom, but my goal for 2019 is to revisit that build and finally beat maelstrom without actually learning it. Not sure its possible but we will see.
