Weapon enchant procs question

Im confused now. If you proc weapon enchant on front bar, and have a different one on the back bar, do they have the same cooldown? Or can you have weapon damage on one and disease on the other bar and have both running at the same time?

Front and back bar enchants DO NOT share a cool down.
Yes, both front and back bar enchants can be running at the same time. [That's the goal!]
No, dual wield weapons will not both proc at the same time.

Infused=4.5 second cool down.

1.I lay down Elemental wall on an infused weapon/spell damage staff on my back bar. Wall lasts for 5 seconds. Longer than the cool down. %100 uptime is possible and your goal.

Switch bars.

2. Then light atack on my dual wield with infused poison. These will benefit from my back bar weapon/spell damage enchant

Back Bar-The back bar weapon/spell damage will proc with a 4.5 second cool down.

Front bar-The light attack will proc the poison while the back bar enchant is still running on its on 4.5 second cool down.

Switch bars, repeat.
