Question for nMA/vMA regulars

I have been farming Winterborn the last 3 days and have not seen a chest piece of any kind drop.
Do all body pieces drop at any round or do certain rounds drop certain pieces.

Normally I just loot at stage 7,8,9 , because only this 3 stages drop ring and neck .

When I check the bag , sometimes I found winterborn chest , so from my actual statistics , chest could be dropped more on stage 7 and 8

Maybe it's totally random except final stage , IDK ...

They all drop, took me 100 runs to complete a set of jewelry and armor, I have a few weapons, no staff

So I’m just getting hands,waist and feet, something I never paid attention to when I was farming my bow way back when.

I’ve seen it.
Just run it on Normal and you can complete it within 15min

I want to say the chest drops on 4 - 6. But, I'm not 100% certain. There is a pattern to the body drops, but I couldn't explain it from memory, sorry.

It’s later than that, @starkerealm. Round 7 is when I usually get chest drops. Round 8 is jewelry. Round 9 is weapons. Not exclusive but consistent.

60+ runs now on both normal and vet ... no Winterborn Ice Staff.

I do have the Winterborn Flame, Lightning, and Restoration Staves. Along with several Winterborn Bows that went to the decon pile.

If you need something bad from Maelstrom, grind it during the Orsinium Event when it’s double drops.

You can’t do normal in 15 minutes.

30-45 minutes is a more of a reasonable expectation due to how the mobs spawn.

You probably can, if you can clear vet in 40. But, Yeah, still, if you want non-Maelstrom weapons out of there, farming on normal is the way to go.

Can't remember what rounds dropped the chest pieces, but they do drop. I got multiple both jerkin and robes last event with the double drops. Only missing a staff and one ring of the set.

Cool, there you go. I loot as I go, but it's been a couple months since I ran it, so I don't remember where everything is off hand.

Just got the ice staff the other day, guess I'll roll up a Warden. Can't get Cruel Flurry to drop under any circumstances though.

We gotta switch our rng. I have too many cruel flurry pieces and would like a staff

Yep, I always get staves. Only one vMA dagger to date.
