I am trying to fill in gaps in my eidetic memory collection.
Several of the missing books are allocated to "Imperial City Sewer Bookshelves".
Are the bookshelves in the alliance sewer bases the only ones in this category or are there other bookshelves in the sewers?
I have not found any in my travels but I wondered if others had seen some.
