Dragon leap is SO buggy - fix it!

This ultimate is suffering from some serious issues and is urgently in need of a fix.
1. It simply won't execute - when it is charged and you're facing an enemy, you can sometimes keep spamming the execute button to kingdom come, but to no avail. It simply will-not-execute.
2. When you use it to catch up to a speedy character, it often misses completely even though it executes correctly (other clear indication that character movement speed is faster than the game can handle)
3. When used immediately after relentless grip, it most often flies your charcter to the location where you pulled your target from without hitting anything.
