Coming back to ESO after a long break. After hours of troubleshooting the launcher issues with freezing and crashing, and host logs and VPN nonsense just to get the game installed and updated, now every time I hit play, the screen turns black, and the game crashes with Fatal Error 11. I have followed the forum and tech support guides multiple times. Repaired files and the launcher, reinstalled launchers, rebooted PC, used the VPN, cleared the ProgramData, prayed to the nine divines, you name it. Still happening every time to both me and my GF (who attempted to play through steam). Additionally, both the elder scrolls online support tickets and bethesda.net ticket systems are unresponsive and wont even allow you to submit a ticket, so I'm not sure where else to turn. This is beginning to look like the end of ESO for us and its a real shame, as it was a pretty fun game if I remember right. At this point, if its mandatory to go through this much effort for a paid AAA game, its ultimately not worth it. If anyone has any last ditch workarounds that I havent tried, Id be grateful.
