Any idea why there is a white dot and circle with my username on the bottom right corner of the screen (PS4)? I don’t have a mic plugged in but it keeps coming up. Any ideas? Thanks

Camera ... It's has a mic and that's is picking up background noise

    Unplug or mute it

Or let the people of Tamriel continue to hear you watching *** on your phone while you game

    Your choice

Good thought, but I don’t have a camera. It doesn’t seem to come up when I make noise either. Just randomly?

Hopefully all of Tamriel is spared :D

Is the white dot a chat bubble? Like in comic books?

If it is, then you are broadcasting sound

All I see is hate and rage from people who don't understand how to.....

That indicates you are broadcasting into voice area chat and your Mic monitoring is too high. If you're not talking to someone then open the menu in game, open the voice chat menu with whatever the ps4 equivalent of 'Y' is, then leave the Area chat channel.

I had a controller go bad on my Xbox that would introduce sound into whatever voice channel I was on even without a mic. I got a new controller and no longer have that problem. I don't know how a mic attaches to ps4, but you might need new hardware.

Edit: controller go bad, sounds like I forgot to refrigerate it. How about we call it develope a defect.
