PSA to Xbox players who do not receive Crowns after getting the run around from Support.

I saw a recommendation from someone a few years ago on a Reddit post, and the user suggested something very simple.

Create a EU (or anything other than your primary server) character, and load in. Once you do - the crowns will appear. Go back to your primary server (NA for me) and your crowns will be ready to go.

I waited for 48 hours, and after being told the same copy/paste macro replies twice, and then being told by customer support "You have received your crowns as of the day of purchase" (Yeah okay, that's why I waste my own time writing a ticket).

This worked perfectly though.

ZOS, can we seriously get this issue resolved? Or maybe take it more seriously when we contact you? There are dozens and dozens of Forum posts and Reddit posts regarding this issue explicitly for Xbox. Despite your "fix" a few years ago, it's clearly not working "as intended".

Why is it that I have to jump through really odd lengths to receive what is owed to me? Furthermore try troubleshooting steps from the community members, when it's your duty and job to provide a good customer service?
