Why it's 4,800,000 could be 5,000,000
Enlightenment is so you don't get "punished" for not being able to play for a few days. Not being able to "catch up" because you didn't play for a year. I think the amount is more than fair.
I was exaggerating slightly. But it does take 12 full days to reach "maximum"
12 days is a good number and many active guilds will kick after much longer than that. Also, thank you to my guilds for not booting me after two weeks of inactivity and not paying dues. I was having a rough time in real life. It was pleasant to logon again and see that everything was okay in eso and nothing had changed.

it's 12 consecutive days in most cases... I think that's very substantial.
I was mostly referring to the people who would be of the mindset that "I didn't play for a full year, I should have 1 years worth of enlightment saved, so I can gain 200+ CPs running around Skyreach for a few hours"
