Grand Psijic Villa lighting bug

I am having problems with lights in the Grand Psijic Villa. The lights appear off when they should be on. This bug happens often. I thought this problem was with the Mac client until I installed the ESO Windows client (via Bootcamp) and the same thing happened. I'm using a 5 year old Macbook Pro with a Geforce 750m GPU, so don't know if this problem is particular to my setup. Has anyone else experience this bug, and what's your computer setup?
