PC main menu controls for controllers: Are we allowed to use 3rd party software?

I want to use JoyToKey just to bind my right stick to mouse movement and R trigger to left click. Are we allowed to do this?
It's been 4 years and I honestly want to do it anyways whether we are allowed or not.

I dont see how key bindings are against the ToS. As long as theyre not Macros.

I doubt one to one mapping is banned, but one too many (macros) is against ToS

Macros are technically against the terms if service but it's almost impossible for them to actually tell whether or not you're using one, and the way the game itself works and the amount it lags macros wouldn't give you an advantage anyways.
