I received an email from The Elder Scrolls Online Team no_reply@mailmw.custhelp.com about claiming a code for a tshirt discount but I'm not sure if it's legit as another email for a code redemption receipt for a crown crate came from The Elder Scrolls Online noreply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com?

I went to support at https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/account/overview and I do have a code there to redeem for the tshirt discount but to redeem it I have to enter a Game Registration Code first.

I bought the base game ESO with Morrowind from Steam but I can't find view game cd key (assuming they're the same thing) anywhere in Steam and I didn't keep the original receipt email from Steam which supposedly would have contained the code either.

I did come across a forum message stating that ESO had a support page regarding this question specifically but when I visited the link it said that question was no longer there?

If you have a code to redeem the t-shirt in your account, @daemondamian, you should just be able to click the link ... which will take you to another web page to complete your t-shirt order.

I did not have to enter a game registration code (though I am not on Steam myself).

@daemondamian Been a long time since I played anything on Steam, but I think you can access a tab under your account there somewhere labeled "Purchases" or "Purchase History", or something along those lines...look for that and then find the listing for the game you bought and I think you may find the code you're looking for there.

If not, and I am remembering it incorrectly, I apologize for giving bad information -- going off of old memory.

Thanks for the replies - managed to find the purchase history and receipt but it didn't include a game registration or cd key however I was trying to use it to enter it under https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/users/account redeem code and
I just rechecked https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/account/overview where there is a link to the store next my code.

The store page https://ourelderscrollstee.com/ says:

Enter your code at checkout to redeem your shirt.

Also with code the tshirt is $14.99. (USD)

Without code it's $440,002,001.00

Sadly though I will not be getting one as with shipping and conversion to Australian dollars it would cost me $55.67 AUD
