Disintegrated in Battlegrounds: Polymorph issue?

I recently disintegrated in a Battleground whilst wearing a polymorph. It seems to happen whenever someone attacks me.

I was wondering if others have had issues with this?

The only way to solve it, is not wearing a polymorph. I included a screenshot.

Platform: Xbox One
Server: NA
