I use Master Architect as a staple (Bear ult gives constant major slayer)
Mother's Sorrow for aoe fights
Spell Strategist for single/boss fights
For monster set i currently use Zaan

Is there an even better setup that can be farmed? I dont want to have to buy anything else after Spell Strategist

You've already bought everything that is expensive and worthy (MS, SS). For more DPS in Majority of fights (all craglorn, vMOL for some roles, vHOF and arguably vCR) try Siroria or perfected Siroria

You don't need to do vCR. You can do nCR. You just won't get the perfected version, which is missing 1k max magicka (regular gives +1k max magicka, perfected gives +2k). The difference in DPS is probably like 1-2%.
