Im an Adult with an income now, so i acted on my email with the code and ordered myself the shirt. Hell, its exclusive and i'd like to represent the game thats taken up 3+ years of my life.

Also THANK YOU for having it in 3XL ZOS. I may be losing weight but i still like my clothes to not be skin tight, no one wants to see that. Wouldve gotten an A+ if you had Tall sizes.

I actually ordered a small by accident because the "discount" format really made me nervous. Thanks to a kind soul that didn't want theirs though, I was able to order another, large this time. So I have one for me and on for my significant other.

Do I want a ESO T-shirt? - YES!
Do I realise the aftermath if I buy it? - Well... I'm not in a gorgeous US or comfortable Europe. I'm somewhere... else, you know. I can't just order my ESO T-shirt and get it. It will be really expensive. So I'll pass as we always do, no matter what we like - a video game or a music band... We just pass by.

I voted no. With everything in the media going on with BGS and Zenimax Media as a whole, I’m not sure I want to support them by giving them my money. I’d rather buy shirts and merch directly from the community. If this shirt is meant to celebrate the community, then the money and proceeds should go back to the community as well and not in Bethesda’s pocket.

Zenimax Online arent the same people as Bethesda, even if its the same umbrella company. I see it as supporting the game i play and its devs, not their corporate bosses.

It's a great design though, I like it a lot, but it's a little too expensive for me right now, as I am shrinking rapidly and not sure what size I will finish at. 90% of my wardrobe has gone to charity shops this summer and I'm having to make do with cheap value clothes because I'll not fit them before too long.

Two factors came into play. Well, four technically.

The first big one was timing. The Elder Scrolls Crate is coming next year, which will certainly have apparel and accessories from ESO sooner rather than later.

The second was participation, which I felt would be lacking to begin with. Promotions like this do depend on both visibility and brand recognition. If only a few people do it, and it's a design you have to explain the shirt design over and over to people then it's certainly not an ideal brand building exercise. Which ties into...

The third was a lack of in-game connection. With the gryphon plush I got a pet. That was nice but also didn't overshadow or diminish the plush itself. I feel the shirt design needed something - a costume with the design, a large medallion furnishing with the design, something to make it an effective community symbol. Because with a spread-out community, there are inevitably going to be more meetings in the game than in real life. As, perhaps, it should be.

The fourth is just personal taste. My cat already has a stack of black pop culture shirts to sleep on. If I get another black shirt in a TES Crate I'll just resell it for a few dollars. They're not something I like and I don't really feel like spending much on shirt that never leave my closet.

I haven't eaten yet so I guess a snarky fifth wouldn't hurt. If that's the price they needed to charge to break even on the shirts then their printer is ripping them off. If that's the price they expect me to pay on shipping then I already know I'm getting ripped off.

It took me a while to spot the difference - this one has all the racial symbols along the bodies of the animals on the Ouroboros.

Problem is once I'd noticed that I also noticed each animal was licking one of the racial symbols, and then I couldn't stop seeing it that way.

However, buying from NZ through NA the tshirt is $15 & the shipping is $50 so RIP
through EU the tshirt is about 15 euro & shipping is a little over 20 euro so about $30 NZD cheaper this way..

undecided at this point if I like it enough for a $60 NZD tshirt...

I don't wear shirts with stuff on them. I wear solid color tees - dark solid colors, blue, gray, black, brown, green.... Sure, that shirt's black, but it's got stuff on it.

1. Cannot login to the website for the code (probably an extension blocking it)
2. Saw a post elsewhere from someone from my country pointing out that shipping costs more than the shirt itself, and the prices were in USD (meaning an even higher price)
