Gifting and Full Bags

Dear ZOS,
Someone (@GCH_Tamriel or something like that) recently was kind enough to gift me and gardening pack. Unfortunately, when I tried to claim it I was notified I did not have enough bag space. I cleared room in my bags but lost the gifting invitation and the senders name did not show up in the mail roster for me to try and contact them. Can we please get gifts like this as a 'coffer' that only takes up one bag space until we decide to open it? Thank you for the consideration.
