The first question is are you certain you killed all the bosses. It starts out with going down two branches. iirc, the second branch you go back a different path where there is another boss, the one that pus down rings of fire when he spins.
Just a thought off the top of my head.
If you have def killed all the bosses then yeah its a bug. You should have killed 5 bosses including a flame atronach down the stairs from the door you are trying to enter.

I killed the flame atronach and the lady boss near the door and the Warden and the Guardian. I'm not sure who the 5th boss is besides the final boss but I can't find anything left alive except the final boss on the other side of the door.

There is the Guardian boss, the boss with the skamps, up the ramp from him the boss on the circular area that has a large fire aoe, the fire atro, and the lady before the door
I am guessing you are alone, solo since there is no mention of anyone else.
If so, invite someone to group and have them enter the instance to you can relog. First try /reloadui but my guess is you need to relog.
Unfortunately we do not have anyone to call in these instances and I seriously doubt Zos will put any effort into figuring out what happened after the fact.
Hopefully this is not a new bug related to someone being on the quest. That used to be fun, not, ealry in the game. Wayrest was known for that issue.
Good luck.

I am doing this solo. I have no one to invite to group. I will try reload UI.
Edit: Reload UI worked. I am through the door! Thank you so much, @idk for the suggestion.

Wayrest and many others still have doors that close and do not open if people rush in too quick and a player lags behind for any possibly contrived reason. Moon Keep was horrific for this recently, oh god the amount of doors. This sounds different though and most likely a bug because of solo?

This was the door that the NPCs need to open, near the beginning of the dungeon. Back then it was already open if no one was on the quest. Has nothing to do with player rushing the door. It was the storyline with the quest got hung up.
Doors in dungeons are a constant source of frustration... Not just Coa either. This happens in many dungeons. /reloadui doesn't always fix it either. I've given up reporting it.
Standard course of action is, reload ui, relog, then ditch if still inaccessible.
