No Twitch Ouroboros crates so far

So unless I am mistaken, the New Life festival event is underway and the first batch of Twitch crates was supposed to go out at 3pm GMT or 10am EST today .
I know it's RNG and everything but after watching ESO streams for over 12 hours ( yesterday and today ) in the hopes of getting some free crates, and getting nothing this afternoon, kinda disappointed.
Is it broken? or is it just me? Am I that unlucky?

✭They nerfed the drop rate to the ground. I haven't gotten anything for the last 30 days. -
Atypicalgal✭✭It's just frustrating because the drops are only available for such a short amount of time, like only a handful of days each month.
