[Xbox] Skill level up progression - NOT WORKING - Extreme priority?

This serious bug has been present for the past 2-3 months at least (even longer?) and since it is such an obvious bug I had presumed the game testers would have already reported it / this bug was already addressed, but apparently not... For 3+ months... But ok...
Bug: When you levelup skills on Xbox, progression is NOT showing in skill interface in-game, unless you quit and relog, then it gets updated -per relog attempt-.
Since -all- new players will experience this, I presume this bug will now be handled with extreme top priority, because new players won't understand ANYTHING of levelup progression in ESO and new players (and potential customers) should be a top priority of Zenimax.
