Created a new character last night and she came complete with the alliance war skill lines unlocked. Is this a thing? I appreciate the Speedy Horse ability without having to go into Cyro but it feels like cheating.

✭✭Did you get the AP daily login reward on her? That's how I unlocked it on two of my characters when they were sub level 10.Main: Drio Azul ~ DC, Redguard, Healer/Magicka Templar ~ NA-PC
