Please note the difference between a Costume and an Outfit. A Costume is much more static in appearance while Outfits consist of motifs with an occasional non motif hat on top.

Outfit appearances for weapons can be important to a Costume's look so those are acceptable for here.

I got the Priestess of Mara costume today and had to make an outfit with it! It looks really pretty on my Dunmer. I'm using the Pact Circlet and Sanguine's Rose Red Lip Tint. It dyes really well, but you can't dye the gold bits.

Ive been anticipating this one since it was datamined. I fell in love with its crown store thumbnail. Everything waist up looked beautiful, and with it being free, or, "free", i was more excited than ive ever been for a costume.

Then i tried it on. I should never let myself get so worked up for something. The dress length, like every other dress/gown/robe in this game goes all the way to the mud we adventure through when i had hopes it cut off around the knee or at least mid calf, and even the blue bits have a plastic shine to the material.

I know it was free...

Holiday in Balmora, Camlorn Top Hat with Shamrock but I can't recall what green dyes were used. It did take some experimentation to get the hat and tunic to match. I put her in this around Paddy Day, but haven't changed it since.

I'm so glad I got the Nedic Keptu armor in a free crate. I love it because it looks nice on female characters, while not being flashy/costumey.

Nord Merchants’ Daughter - Bardic Tavern-Singer’s Dress

I played with my Bardic Tavern-Singer’s dress today, and created several looks. First I imagined a Nord merchants’ daughter wearing this dress at Konunleikar Festival in Windhelm. This glamorous young lady definitely wants a lot of attention! To create this feeling I used Cheerful personality that comes in Personality Emotions Pack.

Such a girl will never go out without her make-up: Dark Emphasis Eyelashes and Sanguine’s Rose Red Lip Tint. Hair is Tight Braided Crown – I think that braids are the best hairstyle for Nords. She also wears Eternal Hunger Coronal – Nordic jewelry fashioned after ancient coronal and Crescent Earrings. Notice that dragon on her neck! I really love this adornment. I wish it was a separate piece to wear.

Dyes: Daedric Red, Master Gold, Coldharbour Ash Black. I wanted her dress to look like flax. The texture is awesome! It takes non-shiny dyes quite perfectly. Red pinafore looks like made of finest silk. I love this look!

Also will make screens of Maiden at Market and Tavern Singer

After a couple of months hard slog, I finally got Arena Gladiator costume and I love it.

Saw this post yesterday. But since almost half my characters prefer costumes to outfits, I had to go all over the map to get screenshots- which btw, with my characters is something thats much easier said than done- as you will see...

* IOW, fair warning that theres more than a couple pics here, and a brief explanation that goes along with each as well.


First is my main, Alex. Caught up with him enjoying some of his favorite Summerset wine in Alinor. Sorry theres only an upper body shot. I planned to take more, to show the outfit better, but then he said only the first photo is free and there would be a charge of 1000 gold for each additional pic.

Being broke after spending all my gold on Elsweyr furniture plans, I had to leave it at that.

But anyway, hes wearing:

Next is Ak'suhp. No problem with taking his pic, he is always in a good mood- probably has something to do with all the drink and skooma, but anyway he's wearing:

Also dont mind the odd pose by him and his new friend and drinking partner, Gaudy Camel, aka 'Joe'. Apparently, there was something happening off camera that they found amusing? Or, its possible that they could've been just hallucinating I suppose...





Found Fateless in Vulkhel Guard doing her early morning exercises. She stopped long enough to let me take her pic and tell me that she is wearing:

Naryu's Morag Tong costume.

She went on to tell me how much she loved this attire, as it was lightweight, flexible and perfect work-wear for her job (which she declined to specify on record).

This appears to be true as can be seen in the second pic, that I took as I was approaching her.

She then excused herself, and left quickly, saying something about some 'event' currently taking place at her workplace and that she had to go to 'collect her tickets'.

You can make of that what you will...








Salvatore was easy enough to locate. He almost never leaves the Clockwork City.

Not sure, but when I asked he just smiled and offered to discuss it over lunch. He mentioned that today they were serving the 'good paste' in the Slagtown Outlaws Refuge. As ummm... delicious and uhhh...tempting as that sounded, I politely declined.

Anyway I managed to locate an older pic I had to better show off the outfit as well.







Speaking of pics already taken, I had to fish out a couple of Amaris as she (as usual) is out attending some fancy soiree.

(One that no doubt has a very exclusive guest list consisting of the most elite of the elites, which Im positive that Im not on as atm I probably cant even afford the parchment on which it is written.)

Though the newest of the group, Im already aware that he can be a bit anti-social and has some issues with his temper, to put it mildly. Not the type who would be happy with having his picture posted, to say the least.

However, I thought there would be no harm in snapping a quick pic as he was logging in, aaannnnnnd of course I got caught.

With a piercing glare that caused me to freeze instantly, and in calm and neutral tone of voice which dripped with a deadly seriousness, he informed me that he would 'generously offer me to the count of five to get out of his sight'.

'Or else', he explained with a slight smirk, he would 'hunt down all my family and friends, kill them, then raise their corpses so that he could kill them again, then yet once again raise them...'

I dont know what was to come after that, I quickly hit the 'Back' button and quit the game.

But anyway, I do recognize his costume from my time spent in Summerset as:
