Healing ward targeting
Question for experienced healers here: I'd like to know is there any way to control where the Restoration Staff skill Healing Ward is directed to? Sometimes when I'd like to shield a player, I get the shield instead, and vice versa. I'm playing ESO for about a year and a half and other MMOs before, but never committed one character in ESO to a Resto staff until now. Thanks in advance.

✭✭✭✭✭You can't control it to my knowledge. It will always go to the player with the lowest health with maybe a bias towards the caster (can't remember if that was added in or not in the end).@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver

Just be mindful that the initial heal on healing ward was taken out for the most recent Murkmire patch.
In other words, you probably have something better as an emergency heal.
You still get the ending heal and (of course) a damage shield.1
