Now Earthtear Cavern is broken

This problem cropped up yesterday. I am on an Xbox One S, NA server. Some people can use interative items, including all the crafing tables, Merchant, Banker, ect, in my beloved Earthtear Cavern, some cannot. I function as a guild house / hub for friends and I am furious and heartbroken over the loss of function - Especially since I paid a metric ton of real life cash to get it.
I have:
1) Picked up and reset the tables
2) Changed the default from limited visitor to visitor
3) Took the rug from under the tables (now directly on the floor)
4) Reset my Xbox
5) Had the other player reset their xboxes
6) Moved the tables to Grand Psijic Villa - they work THERE
7) Changed my primary to Grand Psijic Villa and then back
8) Gave the player decorator access - only worked in Grand Psijic Villa
9) Lit a candle to Chithulu - wait didn't do THAT -
I have done all suggestions from even Guild Masters of housing and still have the problem where SOME players can, SOME CANNOT use my crafting stations. Fix this, you took good money from me, almost 600% more than the base game itself, for the functions not to work.

✭✭✭✭✭One of my guilds had Earthtear as a guild hall with the tables set on platforms over the water and we had this same problem all the time. Someone had to go in there and pick up a table and put it back down so people could use the tables.
The guild leaders finally got fed up with it and moved the guild hall to the Coldharbor house and we don't have problems with it now.Beta tester November 20131 -

If it was as simple as that...but I have the crafting stations on the actual floor, and no amount of moving or resetting or changing / removing / re-placing on the actual floor makes it work for the players affected. Other players can use the crafting stations just fine. I have spend an inordinate amount of time setting up my cavern with a beautiful, fully decorated, lived in / beloved location look, and I don't want to move to any other house as my primary. MilwaukeeScott✭✭✭✭✭Having Restricted Access enable on ps4na has caused this problem for us.
If it is on, toggle it off/on quite a few times [10 seems to be the magic number] while someone tries accessing the non working tables.
There are probably other, much easier ways to fix this problem but it's the only way we know.

✭✭✭✭✭It's just hilarious how many issues this particular house has, starting from the rain in there to the invisible walls with whole areas blocked off to the interaction issues (which aren't exclusive to it though). And all that in a 13,000+ Crown House that isn't available with in game gold. Classic.

Sorry to hear you are having such issues with your home. This particular one has been the most problematic out if them all. If they can't fix it, you should show them everything you have done and ask for a refund as it is not working as intended. Good luck and let us know what happens.

1) I tried making sure ALL guilds, ALL friends, and ALL default visitor access were set to "visitor"
2) I switched default visitor between "visitor" and "limited visitor" 10 times (as suggested above)
3) I ALSO noticed I had a lot of guilds on my list, that I was no longer in. I went through and removed all but the 5 I am currently in.
I don't know which action fixed it, but my visitor that could NOT access my tables now CAN! Now to have everyone in 5 guilds come visit, LOL...PS I didn't have a problem with anyone visiting, it's just that if I am not in that guild, unless they are on my friend list, they can't access it anyways..so I cut that surprisingly long list.
